During a day spa retreat at Mystic Cove, guests learn the basics of eco therapy and private beaching in Jamaica. Folds of ocean waves feel endless, promising as visualization and sound therapy set the tone for a perfect beach day. This is the sculpted biorhythm established as guests decompress + detox via our private beach cove for up to 4 hours. Organically Grown Jelly Coconuts and handcrafted sun remedies are provided as protective + drinkable superfood wellness for all participating guests. Naturists especially enjoy the varieties of rare oceanic lifeforms, plants and butterflies onsite. Our therapeutic formula is simple: meditation, breathing exercises, water, sandy toes and some self care time at our Mystic Cove.
